How it works
Short-term residential IPs use a quantity-capacity model. You buy the number of bindings first; capacity is consumed and an IP's validity begins only when that IP is successfully generated and bound.
You purchase a quantity of IP bindings. After payment, capacity is added to your account; IPs are not generated and the 24-hour clock does not start at checkout.
Choose a country or region and a quantity in the dashboard, then select Generate. The service allocates and binds that many available residential IPs.
Once an IP is successfully bound and usable proxy credentials are returned, its 24-hour validity starts. Each IP has its own clock.
FAQ
No. A successful purchase adds IP capacity to your account. Choose a location and quantity in the dashboard and generate IPs when you are ready to use them.
It begins when that IP is successfully bound and the service returns a usable proxy address. It does not begin at order, payment, or capacity-credit time.
Unused capacity remains available in your account and does not start a 24-hour countdown. One successful IP generation uses one unit and starts that IP's own clock.
