QUICK START GUIDES

Start with Arcvenza.

Choose the right service, complete a purchase, connect your workflow, and manage renewals from one workspace.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

One account for every Arcvenza product.

Create an account or log in, then open the Dashboard. The product catalog, active services, order history, account credit, and subscription controls all live in the same workspace.
  • Use an email address you can access for account and security messages.
  • Confirm that the billing country, payment method, and account details are accurate.
  • Keep product credentials in a password manager or secret store, never in public source code.
  • Open Network Status before setup if a product or endpoint appears unavailable.

CHOOSE A PRODUCT

Match the service to the job.

Start with the way you want to access or receive public web data. You can add another product later without creating a separate account.

PURCHASE AND ACTIVATE

Review the plan before payment.

Open a product in the Dashboard, select its plan and required options, then continue to secure payment. ISP and Datacenter plans require an IP allocation; Unlimited plans require an access window and bandwidth tier.
  • Confirm the product, plan size, location, duration, and price.
  • Enable 30-day automatic renewal only when you want the service to renew.
  • Check whether the plan is traffic-based, IP-based, call-based, or time-based.
  • After payment is confirmed, open the matching product workspace to find the provisioned access.
  • Use Order History to keep the order ID and purchase time available for support.

CONNECT AND VERIFY

Connect once, then verify with a small request.

Start with one simple public destination before adding concurrency, automation, or a production workload. This makes configuration problems easier to identify.
Proxy products
Open the relevant proxy workspace, select the active plan, and use its generator or credentials in an HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 client.
Crawler Console
Create a task from Invoke, choose the required crawl settings, and review results and activity in Crawler Logs.
Web MCP
Create a private MCP key, select your client, copy the generated configuration, and restart the client before verifying the connection.
AI Model Gateway
Copy the Base URL and private gateway key, then use an available model identifier in an OpenAI-compatible client.
AI Studio
Choose an available model and use the chat workspace to test prompts with the gateway key attached to your account.

Confirm these results before scaling up

  • The plan is marked active in the correct product workspace.
  • The request authenticates without exposing the username, password, API key, MCP key, or gateway key.
  • The returned IP or result matches the selected product and available location settings.
  • A repeated persistent-session request uses the same session identifier.
  • The Dashboard records the expected traffic, call, task, or gateway usage.

MONITOR USAGE

Know what the plan measures.

Review usage before increasing request volume. Each product records a different resource, so the number shown in the Dashboard should be interpreted with the selected plan.
Residential & Mobile
Traffic transferred through the proxy plan.
ISP & Datacenter
Allocated IPs, plan status, and the applicable access period.
Unlimited Residential
Access window, bandwidth tier, plan state, and expiry.
Crawler Console
Package calls, active concurrency, task results, and logs.
AI Model Gateway
Account gateway credit and rolling usage limits.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Automatic renewal is optional.

Only products purchased with automatic renewal enabled appear in My Subscriptions. A subscription renews every 30 days until it is canceled. Plans purchased without automatic renewal simply remain available until their traffic, calls, or access period is used or expires.
Manage subscriptions

CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION

Stop the next renewal from the Dashboard.

  • Open My Subscriptions and find the active plan.
  • Open its Action menu and choose Cancel subscription.
  • Review the plan and expiry date, then confirm the cancellation.

Cancellation turns off future renewal. It does not end the current paid access immediately, and it does not reverse a completed payment. The plan remains available until its listed expiry, subject to its usage limits.

TROUBLESHOOT SETUP

Check the smallest failing part first.

Avoid changing several settings at once. Record the time and displayed error, make one controlled change, and test again.
Authentication fails
Copy current credentials from the active plan, remove extra spaces, and confirm the endpoint, port, and protocol.
Connection times out
Try one public page from a stable local network and check Network Status before increasing the timeout.
Location or session differs
Confirm the selected location, rotation mode, session identifier, and session duration.
Crawler task fails
Reduce the item limit, confirm the target is public, and review the task entry in Crawler Logs.
MCP tools are missing
Confirm the key and Streamable HTTP configuration, save it, and fully restart the AI client.
AI request does not run
Check gateway credit, the exact model identifier, and whether the private gateway key is current.
Paid plan is missing
Refresh the product workspace and Order History, then contact support with the order ID if access is still absent.
Check network status
