Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the services, you agree to these Terms and any order, product terms, or policies incorporated by reference. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and, when acting for an organization, authority to bind it.
Services and accounts
Arcvenza provides public web access, proxy, crawler, data, and AI infrastructure. Product availability, limits, regions, and features may change as the platform develops.
You are responsible for accurate account information, all activity under your account, and keeping credentials, API keys, and access tokens confidential. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You may use the services only for lawful, authorized purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, third-party rights, website rules, and Arcvenza policies.
- Do not gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or restricted data.
- Do not distribute malware, phish, spam, defraud, harass, or unlawfully surveil others.
- Do not conceal unlawful activity, bypass identity verification for an unlawful purpose, or interfere with platform operation.
- Do not resell or share access except where your plan or written agreement permits it.
Customer instructions and data
You determine the targets, purposes, parameters, and downstream use of customer-directed workloads. You are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis, providing required notices, handling rights requests, and applying suitable retention controls.
You grant Arcvenza the limited rights needed to process submitted instructions and data to provide, secure, support, and improve the services, subject to the applicable agreement and Privacy Policy.
Plans, fees, and usage
Plan prices, billing units, usage limits, renewal terms, and taxes are shown at checkout or in the applicable order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due when charged and usage-based amounts may vary with actual consumption.
Failure to pay, exceeding limits, or charge disputes may result in restriction or suspension. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the policy presented with the applicable purchase.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, prevent harm, or address non-payment. We will provide notice when practical and legally permitted.
You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—will continue to apply.
Ownership and disclaimers
Arcvenza and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, documentation, branding, and service technology. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide.
Except as expressly stated in writing, services are provided on an “as available” basis. Internet resources and third-party sites may change or become unavailable. Arcvenza does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular target result, or that customer use satisfies a specific legal requirement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Arcvenza's aggregate liability for claims arising from the services will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
Changes and notices
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
